I'm Glad I'm Me - About being glad to be who you are. Almost every poem in this book will be something your child can relate to, from the chatterbox to quiet times. Some of the poems are about feelings, too, and even adults can relate to those.
A quick read that's got something for every kid and every mood/5(5). The poems in the book brought back many memories of mine that reflect on the innocence of youth and brought back many memories of mine as a kid.
The poems are quite silly, but it expresses an important theme. The theme is being yourself and be proud of who you are. Do not wish you were someone else/5. The very last poem called I'm Glad I'm Me gives the best advice, be gald of who oneself is.
This was an interesting poem book that offers lots of laughs and a few lessons too. I would rate this book a 5/5 stars.
